The Galleries at Moore organize exhibitions of contemporary artboth local and internationalthat might not otherwise be presented to the Philadelphia community.
The Goldie Paley Gallery (est. 1983) brings into focus cutting-edge, art, architecture, and design by national and international artistswho are important but have not always been in the mainstream of cultural consciousness.
The Levy Gallery for the Arts in Philadelphia brings local and international attention to Philadelphia's artists.
The Levy Gallery Artists Registry houses 1,500 artists' files and over 25,000 slides. Free to participants, it offers international arts professionals a window onto the rich, multi-media artistic production of this diverse community.
The Galleries at Moore are part of Moore College of Art and Design, the only visual arts college for women in the United States and one of only two in the world.
