The Levy Gallery Registry is being redesigned to bring the registry into the 21st Century to better fulfill its original mission to serve as a resource and broaden awareness on artists in our community. At this time we are not accepting new submissions or making updates to the registry. Artists who are currently in the registry or who have submitted works in the past six months can contact The Galleries for more information or assistance at 215.965.4027 or email galleries@moore.edu.
The Gallery owns the copyrights to the database itself and any Web pages that facilitate its use. Of course, you will retain the copyrights to your own work. The Gallery cannot be responsible for any misuse of your work or infringement of your rights that may occur, on or off the Internet. If a user of the registry elected to download one of your slides and then made unauthorized copies of your art, for example, the Gallery would not be liable for any damages. Just as in other infringement situations, however, you could enforce your copyrights against the wrongdoer.
