l.u.r.e. is an ongoing series of Philadelphia-based outdoor multi-media events launched during the early spring of 2002, by local artists Nadia Hironaka and Aaron Igler.
l.u.r.e.s interactive installation of sound and video based works has been conceived as a series of one-night outdoor events offering collaborative opportunities for local artists to experiment with sound and video projects.
The gallery installation is designed as an informal lounge experience. It will be continuously updated during the course of the exhibition to include new works created for scheduled upcoming l.u.r.e. events. Participating artists include Candy Depew, David Guinn, Richard Harrod, Nadia Hironaka, Aaron Igler, Nick Muellner, Olivia Schreiner, Matthew Suib, Clint Takeda, Takatomo Tomita, and Francien Van Everdingen.
